About Us
GP Victim Impact Panel is a family-owned business based in Norman, Oklahoma, and we serve clients across the state. Our goal is to help save lives. We opened our doors to guide those who are struggling with drinking or taking drugs and driving. Many innocent souls have been lost when others get behind the wheel after alcohol or drug usage. Our own family has experienced a death due to drinking and driving. Our mission is not to criticize, but take a Christian approach to advise those to find a better path. We feel God has opened our doors to lead by example. The owners, Ronnie and Garrett Fulks, are Christian men who take pride in being a voice for those families who have been affected by an impaired driver, while informing others who have been charged with a drug- or alcohol-related event.
Our Approach
Our goal is to save lives. We have seen how families and various communities in Oklahoma have been affected both emotionally and physically by losing a loved one or a community member, especially when the victim is a child. Innocent lives are taken daily by someone who made a wrong choice. Our Victim Impact Panel informs clients about the dangers, as well as the effects of drinking or drug use and driving. We use guest speakers that tell their personal stories of losing loved ones. We want to save innocent lives!
We welcome all individuals and will treat everyone like family. We offer various dates and times. We do take appointments, but also take walk-ins. We do class sessions daily. Please check our calendar to book an appointment, or contact us for more information. We offer classes in Ada, Ardmore, Durant, Purcell, Pauls Valley, Lawton, Chickasha, as well as in the Oklahoma City metro area (Norman), and at various times for your convenience. We offer snacks and drinks for those who work late. Please let us serve your needs!
